OPSINT.co is a personal portfolio website. This policy explains how information submitted through its resume request and contact forms is handled.

Information you provide

When requesting a resume by email, you provide an email address and select a resume language. When submitting the contact form, you provide your name, email address, message, and optionally a phone number.

How information is used

We use resume request information to email the selected PDF and contact form information to read and respond to inquiries. We do not sell submitted information or use it for marketing mailing lists.

Google API and email delivery

OPSINT uses the Gmail API, authorized by the website owner, to send requested resumes and forward contact submissions to the owner's email account. Website visitors are not asked to authorize access to their own Google accounts. Submitted information and email messages are processed by Google as part of email delivery and are subject to Google's applicable policies.

Security and operational data

The forms use validation, automated-request checks, and request limits to reduce abuse. The web server and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request metadata for operation and security. HTTPS is used for website connections.

Retention

Submitted contact messages and sent email records may remain in the website owner's email account until deleted. Technical logs may be retained under the server and infrastructure providers' operational settings. No fixed deletion period is promised.

Your choices

You may download resumes directly without submitting an email address. To ask about information you submitted or request its deletion, contact [email protected]. Deletion requests may be subject to applicable legal or security requirements.

Changes

This policy may be updated as website features or data practices change. The current version will be posted on this page.
